Ceramic Hose is a specialized industrial conveying solution designed for high-temperature slurry transport applications in copper beneficiation, mineral concentration, and metallurgical processing industries. The product combines a wear-resistant ceramic-lined internal structure with a reinforced elastomeric composite body, creating a flexible transport component capable of operating under simultaneous thermal, abrasive, and mechanical loading conditions.

In copper concentrator facilities, slurry transportation systems are frequently exposed to elevated process temperatures generated during grinding, flotation, thickening, and concentrate handling operations. The project was carried out at a large copper concentration facility located in the Antofagasta mining region of northern Chile.
