Water soluble polyurethane grouting materials by composite polyether polyol and poly isocyanate reaction generated by isocyanate terminated hydrophilic chemical grouting material, encounter water to a rapid reaction, curing to expand and seal the cracks, so as to achieve rapid sealing effect. This product reacts with water is milky white elastic colloid, with fast speed, high strength, small shrinkage, impermeability and other advantages, widely used in subway tunnel, water conservancy and hydropower, underground garage, and sewers waterproof plugging engineering field.

B4: Single-component, Low-viscosity, Hydrophilic Water-based Polyurethane Grouting Fluid

1) Clean the base surface
2) Locate the exact point of the leak, then drill holes at a 45-degree angle to the ground, 10 cm away from both sides of the crack.
3) Insert the injection packer into the pre-drilled hole.
4) Tighten the injection packer securely using a T-handle wrench.
5) plug the machine into a power source. Then, pour in 2 liters of grout.
6) Connect the grout gun nozzle to the injection packer securely.
7) Start the machine and begin injection. Continue until grout seeps out, then stop.
8) Use the T-handle wrench to unscrew the injection packer counter-clockwise until it is removed from the substrate. Finally, fill and smooth the remaining hole with cement mortar.

1. During application please wear protection apparatus(ex. Glove,goggle),avoid to direct contact to skin,if happen please use running water to flush,if contacted to eyes need to go to hospital for medical care immediately.
2. This product is solvent based material,during application needs to have well ventilation and away from any fire sources. Before material dried,around construction area do not spark any fire.
3. Machine after used needs to use cleaner to clean up thoroughly.
