EJA510E - EJA530E Series Absolute Pressure Transmitter 4-20MA Pressure Transmitter
The high-performance absolute pressure and gauge pressure transmitters EJA510E and EJA530E are equipped with monocrystalline silicon resonant sensors, suitable for measuring liquid, gas, or vapor pressure. EJA510E/EJA530E outputs a 4 to 20mA DC signal corresponding to the measured pressure. It can also achieve fast response, remote setting, and monitoring through BRAN or HART communication and self diagnosis. Foundation fieldbus, PROFIBUS PA, and 1 to 5 V DC with HART (low-power) protocol type are also available. The standard configuration of EJA-E series models (excluding fieldbus, PROFIBUS, and low-power types) has been certified and meets SIL 2 safety requirements.
1. The EJA series is made of single crystal silicon and is a perfect material that exhibits no hysteresis in pressure or temperature changes. This sensor minimizes overpressure, temperature changes, and static pressure effects to the greatest extent possible, providing unparalleled long-term stability;
2. Due to the miniaturization of the casing, including amplifier ASIC, pressure unit structure, and flange, the compact and lightweight design is half the weight of traditional models. ASIC uses the minimum number of components to improve the reliability of amplifiers;
3. Fieldbus communication capability: Fieldbus is a digital bidirectional communication system. It is a revolutionary technology for configuring instrument control systems and a promising successor to the standard 4 to 20mA analog communication used in most field instruments today. The EJA series offers two fieldbus models, Foundation fieldbus low voltage mode and PROFIBUS PA devices, ensuring interoperability with other manufacturers. In terms of software, the EJA series includes two AI function blocks for calculating differential pressure and static pressure to achieve flexible instrument configuration;
