High Torque 9 5/8'' Directional Drilling Downhole Mud Motor with Long Service Life

Tiptop specializes in design and manufacture of downhole mud motors. Our downhole mud motors in difference sizes are available from 1-11/16”OD (43mm) to 11-1/4”OD (286mm) and models mainly include adjustable bend housing type, water-based mud type, oil-based mud type, and salty-based mud type. Moreover, we provide customized service for the spare parts according to customer’s drawings. Our 9-5/8’’ downhole motor is widely used in oil & gas directional drilling.

Configuration:

complete with bearing assembly,

bit box connection: 7-5/8’’ REG;

screw on stabilizer 17-3/8’’ spiral 3 blades;

adjustable assembly, connecting rod assembly;

power section 6/7 lobes, 5.0 stages

with catch rod mechanism & crossover sub having box connection 6-5/8’’REG

stator elastomer compatible to resist temperature up to 120°C.

Integrated Services:

We can provide correct selection of downhole motors according to customer’s environmental and drilling conditions.

The downhole motors including spare parts are available to be customized according to customer’s operation requirements.

We can assist customer in setting up maintenance and service station for downhole motors.
