Industrial Horizontal Mixer HM 600



The HM Series Industrial Horizontal Mixer is a high-performance solution engineered for commercial bakery environments. Designed to handle soft dough with hydration levels up to 64%, it balances massive torque with precise temperature management. By stabilizing the dough’s thermal and structural properties during the mixing stage, the HM series provides a reliable foundation for downstream automated dividing and forming processes.


Centrifugal Kneading Technology

Uses a dual-blade system rotating in opposite directions, Optimized for high-hydration formulas, this design executes precise stretching and folding (centrifugal principle) to develop superior gluten structure without tearing.


Precision Temperature Control Jacket

The mixing bowl is equipped with a water cooling jacket. It helps keep the dough temperature around 28°C during continuous high-speed mixing, which is critical for consistent fermentation results.


Heavy-Duty Transmission System

To handle extreme torque loads, we employ a reinforced dual-speed drive system. Instead of direct stress on the motor, the power is transferred through a V-belt and chain mechanism. This design absorbs mechanical shocks, protecting the core components during the high-torque start-up phase.


Sanitary Design & SUS304 Construction

Built on an open-frame stainless steel chassis, the mixer is designed for easy wash-down. All food-contact parts are crafted from Food-Grade SUS304, strictly following HACCP protocols,ensuring zero dead zones for easy cleaning.


Intelligent Operation & System Integration
