1. Production line description

ZKS900 Pita production line is an industrial one for high capacity pita bread production , the line is also suitable to produce pizza base and other flat bread , the tunnel oven and cooling tower are available for complete pita line project

3. Key features

2 ) The pita cutting roller can be custom-tailor for different shape of pita , round or ellipse .

4 ) The complete line can be controlled by the PLC touch panel ,altogether or singly .

5 ) The normal baking temperature would be 350℃ ,Maximal up to 400℃ .

6 ) The complete pita line is been made by high quality 304 stainless steel .

7 ) The dough scrape can be automatically removed away and recyclable
