The end beam of CATET's double-beam bridge crane integrates advanced frequency conversion technology, enhancing product performance. The frequency conversion control applied to the crane's translation mechanism addresses common issues such as large instantaneous impact loads and unstable braking during translation. This technology ensures smooth, impact-free starts and stops, along with synchronized multi-drive acceleration and deceleration for stable crane operation. By overcoming the usual impact and vibration caused by step-type starts and stops, it prevents the crane from skewing during operation. Additionally, the smooth operation of the mechanism improves the stress condition of key components such as the reducer, brake, coupling, and motor, significantly extending their service life.
CATET’s double-beam bridge crane also features high-quality key components (reducer, brake, coupling, motor) and frequency conversion control technology, which ensures operational noise levels remain below 74dB. This not only improves the equipment's performance but also enhances the working environment and overall operator experience.
