A single axis robot with a top out device and a transition platform completes the unloading and waiting operations of the three stations of the press;
The dual robot mobile platform collaborates to perform automatic loading and unloading tasks for the ring rolling machine;
KUKA 210 robot performs ring loading, unloading, and palletizing operations;
Supporting automation auxiliary equipment includes waste conveying devices;
Mold cooling and cleaning system;
Raw material cooling conveyor line;
Stacking tray and stacking material management system.
