It completes real-time control of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve through the digital to analog conversion module, achieves control of the hydraulic cylinder stroke position, and obtains motion position feedback information through the encoder interface control. Use a grating ruler to actively measure the real-time changes in the size of the ring during the rolling process. When the size reaches the preset value of the product, start rounding.
