Zonle Doors is a professional and one of the largest door manufacturer in China. It has been focusing on manufacturing steel door, fire door, wooden door for 20years.

Our products have passed the CE certification, China CCCF Fire door certification, and company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, China Environmental Labeling Product Certification, also obtained the anti-theft security door inspection report certified by the national authority.

We have four door industry bases located in Guangxi, Sichuan, Hubei and Shandong, the industry bases covers a total area of 900,000 square meters. In order to better control stable product quality, reduce production costs and shorten delivery time, it has also invested in multiple door accessories workshops.

Q1: How long is the delivery time?

A: Delivery time is 15-30days, depend on the order product and quantity. Steel door and fire door between 15-25days, wooden door is 25-35days.

Q2: How about your production capacity?

A: The annual production capacity is 8.2million pieces metal steel door, fire doors and wooden door. The daily capacity is over 20,000sets of doors.

Q3: Do you have quality system?

A: Yes, we have. We have set up our quality system, visible production control center and well controlled our production quality as per the instructions and requirements in it and well-control each procedure throughout the mass-production.

Q4: How do you manage the quality of the door?

A: Every set of doors we produce has its own ID number. Once the QC finds a problem with the door, he immediately knows which process and which worker it is.

Q5:What kind of Certification do you have?

A: After professional testing by relevant institution , we have got certificates of UL, CE,ISO9001,etc

Q6:What’s your policy for samples?

A: For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place bulk order next time.
