Vibration Reduction Air Handling Unit Stable Low Shake Operation

Severe vibration during equipment operation easily causes noise and loose parts, and vibration reduction air handling unit adopts multi-layer damping structure, realizing low shake stable operation and prolonging equipment service life.
Multi-level vibration reduction design weakens running shake. Damping gaskets are installed at machine connection and fixed positions, buffering vibration generated by motor and fan rotation. Shock absorption base isolates vibration transmission to wall and ceiling, reducing whole machine shaking amplitude obviously.
Low vibration operation reduces accessory loose failure. Stable rotating state avoids frequent collision and friction between internal parts, lowering loose and disconnection probability of wiring and fixed parts. The equipment keeps intact structural state in long-term operation.
