26650 packs push more current per connection — and a 2P strip at 0.05 mm * 5 mm has to carry it without giving up weld quality. Our 26650 nickel strip is punched from Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) in 2P patterns, with low electrical resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m and custom sizes locked against your drawing. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates — 5 kg MOQ, 3-7 day delivery for small lots, 7-15 days for standard production.
Strip is produced at 0.05 mm thickness * 5 mm width in 2P patterns for 26650 cells, with custom sizes and tolerances confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.
26650 cells sit wider than 18650, so the 2P strip must match the larger spacing: pitch and tab width are set to the pack layout, and pattern geometry is verified per batch against the drawing.
At 0.05 mm, the strip is thin enough to route in tight pack layouts — and low resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m keeps the thin section's resistance contribution small under 26650-level current.
Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) is the standard battery strip grade: full ductility for forming, consistent weld behaviour and the grade most pack supply chains already specify.

Quality control starts at the melt: raw material composition is verified against UNS N02200 before rolling, then every batch is gauged for pattern geometry, thickness, width and surface condition, and checked for burr against the drawing. Batch records link each order back to the melt, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates ship with every consignment.

Material data on this page follows ASTM B162 and GB/T 2072-2020; corrosion and application guidance references nickel industry literature (Nickel Institute; ASM Specialty Handbook: Nickel, Cobalt, and Their Alloys). Batch-level composition and geometry are verified against mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and in-house inspection records.
Strip is supplied in rolls or cut lengths, edge-protected and moisture-wrapped, packed in cartons and export wooden cases. Documentation — mill test certificates, batch records and packing lists — accompanies every order. Small lots ship in 3-7 days; standard production in 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.
Bigger cells demand more from their connections, and strip has to earn the extra current it carries. DLX Alloy has run a nickel-only line since 2002 — 12,000 m² of floor space, 10,000 t/yr total capacity, ISO 9001 certified and SGS audited — rolling thin battery strip in Ni200 with per-batch composition analysis and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates on every coil.

26650 cells sit wider and carry more current per cell, so strip pitch and cross-section must match the larger spacing and higher current of the pack.
0.05 mm keeps the strip flexible for routing in tight layouts; low resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m keeps the thin section's resistance contribution small under 26650-level current.
Yes. Widths, lengths and pattern layouts are produced per drawing, with geometry locked in the batch record.
Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) is the standard battery strip grade; Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, low carbon) is available where low-carbon stability matters.
Small lots ship in 3-7 days; standard production in 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.
