The PVD coating temperature is between 300-450, the CVD coating temperature is between 800-950, and the alloy substrate sintering temperature is between 1380-1460. The thick coating, high precision, wear-resistant blade, high rigidity, and high deformation resistance make the tool suitable for heavy-duty machining.C

Optimal Chip Control: Grooving inserts are engineered with specific chip breaker geometries that manage chips effectively, even in confined spaces. This prevents chip entanglement, improves chip evacuation, and leads to better surface finishes and extended tool life.
