GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-4610 is a rheology additive for solvent-free and solvent-borne systems to improve rheological properties. It is highly recommended for use in amine-cured solvent-free epoxy systems, and can greatly improve the anti-sagging performance of epoxy thick-coat systems.

Product Characteristics and Advantages

Anjeka-4610 is a rheology additive for thixotropy enhancement, which forms a network throughout the system to ensure that the network does not break as it normally does when amine curing agents are added, and that the viscosity increases naturally through the hydrogen bonding formed with the amine curing agents. When using Anjeka-4610, this additive should be added to the curing agent.

When using Anjeka-4610, it can be used alone or in combination with inexpensive hydrophilic fumed silica and bentonite to achieve higher coating thickness.

INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS

It is recommended to add Anjeka-4610 Additive to amine curing agents. If hydrophilic fumed silica or bentonite are already present in the amine curing agent, they should be taken into account when calculating the dosage.
