Q2. How to guarantee the quality of your products?
- Production follows signed back samples with strict testing during the process
- Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection before leaving the factory to ensure packaging integrity
Q3. Can you provide samples, and are they free or paid?
For products without logos or special patterns (most in stock), no sample fee is charged, though shipping costs apply. For special products or items not in stock, sample fees and freight charges apply. Sample fees are refunded with your first order.
Q4. How to deliver?
By sea, by air, or by courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT)
