Q2. How to guarantee the quality of your products?
- Production follows signed back samples with strict testing during the production process
- Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection as required before leaving the factory to ensure product packaging is intact
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or do we need to pay?
If you don't require logos or other patterns printed on the products (most of which are in stock), we won't charge a sample fee, though shipping costs will apply. For special products or items not in stock, there will be a sample fee and freight charges. However, the sample fee will be refunded with your first order.
Q4. How to deliver?
By sea, by air, or by courier such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT.
Q5. What's your payment term?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.
