Q2. How do you guarantee product quality?
- Production follows signed sample specifications with strict testing throughout the process
- Products undergo rigorous sampling inspection or 100% inspection before shipment
- Ensures product packaging remains intact and meets quality standards
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or paid?
For standard products without logos or custom printing (most items are in stock), samples are free with shipping charges applied. For special products or items not in stock, both sample fee and freight charges apply. Sample fees are refundable with your first order.
Q4. How do you deliver products?
By sea, by air, or by courier services including DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and TNT.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% TT in advance, balance payment before shipment.
