Q2. How do you guarantee product quality?
- Production follows signed back samples with strict testing throughout the process
- Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection before shipping to ensure packaging integrity
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or paid?
For products without logos or special patterns (most in stock), samples are free but shipping costs apply. For special products or items not in stock, sample fees and freight charges apply. Sample fees are refunded with your first order.
Q4. How do you deliver products?
By sea, by air, or by courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT)

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% in advance, balance before shipment
