Q2. How to guarantee the quality of your products?
- Production follows signed back samples with strict testing during manufacturing
- Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection before shipment to ensure packaging integrity
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or do we need to pay?
For products without logos or special patterns (most are in stock), no sample fee is charged, though shipping costs apply. For special products or items not in stock, both sample fee and freight charges apply. Sample fees are refunded with your first order.
Q4. How to deliver?
By sea, by air, or by courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT)

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment
