Operating Process
After starting and reaching full speed, operating water enters the sealed chamber (6) causing the piston (4) to rise and close the outlet (3). The material to be separated is fed into the bowl through pipe (1). Due to centrifugal force, impurities gather on the bowl periphery. At predetermined intervals, operating water flows into the open chamber (5), forcing the sliding piston to drop and open outlet (3). Impurities discharge outside the bowl through outlet (3) and are collected externally. Simultaneously, the light phase gathers in the bowl center and discharges via centripetal pump (2), while the heavy phase is directed to the centripetal pump room through the disc gland and discharged. Operating water then re-enters the sealing chamber (6), raising piston (4) and closing ejection port (3), completing one cycle.
