Product Description

The Electrostatic Oil Mist Collector is a new-generation, high-efficiency industrial air purification system. Its core advantage lies in having no consumable parts, ensuring long-term operation with minimal maintenance—only periodic cleaning is required.

The electrostatic oil mist collector widely used in CNC lathes, washing machines, grinding machines. hobbing, and edging machine tools, vacuum pumps, spray test chambers, electric discharge machining, spark eroding; turning; food spraying and industrial washing processes .

How It Works: A Two-Stage Purification Process
The purification journey begins when oil mist-laden air is drawn into the unit by a fan.

Stage 1: Mechanical Pre-Filtration
●The contaminated air first passes through a metal mesh pre-filter.
●Here, larger oil droplets and dirt particles are captured through mechanical collision and retention, falling into a dust
collection chamber.

Stage 2: High-Voltage Electrostatic Purification
The air then proceeds to the core electrostatic purification stage, which consists of two key actions:
1. Charging (Ionization): The airflow enters a high-voltage ionization zone, filled with ions and electrons. As the fine oil mist and dust particles pass through, they become electrically charged.

2. Collection (Adsorption): The now-charged particles move into the collection zone. Under the powerful force of the electric field, they are irresistibly drawn towards and adsorbed onto the oppositely charged collection plates.

Final Elimination:
● The accumulated oil on the plates coalesces into droplets and flows down by gravity into an oil collection pan. It is then discharged through an oil outlet, ready for collection.
● Meanwhile, micron-sized oil mist particles are simultaneously degraded by the electric field into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor.

The result is clean, purified air that is safely discharged into the atmosphere. For operator safety, the unit is equipped with reliable protection devices and a convenient, automated oil drainage system.
