Metal coated polymer fabric is nano level metal-coated polymer mesh fabric, nano level metal is deposited on surface of polymer mesh fabric. The metal-coated polymer fabric is used for decorative laminated glass, Due to different mesh openness, the finished glass laminate has different privacy level with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium, Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:

​1. Two hour Boiling Test

​2. Pummel Test

​3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

​4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

​5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

​6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles

​7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
