It is difficult to remove industrial heavy oil from the surface of workpieces, even concave and convex grooves. How to clean the heavy oil by ultrasonic cleaning machine? Here are two experiences that jiemeng ultrasonic cleaner manufacturers share in the application of the cleaner:

1. The ultrasonic cleaning machine cleans heavy oil, especially the cylinder block, cylinder head and other renovated parts. The oil dirt, sludge, carbon and other mixed dirt on them accumulate thick. If you want to remove them quickly, you must raise the water temperature to about 70 ℃. It is recommended to customize a multi groove ultrasonic cleaning machine according to the actual size of workpieces, i.e. ultrasonic hot water rough washing - ultrasonic hot water fine washing - ultrasonic hot water rinsing, according to the actual cleaning requirements for the specific number of work stations. However, the conventional three tank ultrasonic cleaning machine is enough.
