This product is highly compatible with the high heat load characteristics of Perkins 4016 engine with a 61L ultra large displacement and a maximum output power of 2000KW. In response to its turbocharged intercooling technology and optimized combustion system heat dissipation requirements, it adopts a high-density copper aluminum composite plate fin type heat dissipation core, which has a 42% increase in heat dissipation area compared to ordinary products. Combined with vacuum brazing and argon arc welding technology, it has excellent heat exchange efficiency, ensuring that the water temperature is stably controlled within a safe range when the engine runs continuously at 1500rpm rated speed and 100% full load, completely eliminating problems such as high temperature boiling and power attenuation. Targeting harsh working conditions such as high dust in mines, high humidity in oil fields, and strong outdoor vibrations
