Description

Different with CRDI injector and EUI EUP, HEUI Injectors have special appearance and driving mode.

To diagnose a HEUI injector, the diesel test bench should equip HEUI pump, have HEUI testing fixtures and different adaptors for different HEUI injectors, which mainly includes CAT C7,C9,C-9,C3126B,3412E, NAVISTAR, FORD G2.8/G2.9 and ISUZU.


The HEUI injectors should be mounted on the testing fixture manually, then connect pipes and cables to start the testing. After testing the steps including Clean, VL, LL, VE and START, the software will show testing result to guide repair job.
