A common-rail electronic governing system meets ISO 8528-5 Class G3 requirements while a next-generation spin-on fuel filter with integral water separator and manual priming pump combine to protect injectors and maintain steady fuel delivery under variable load

Lubrication system:
A cast-aluminium wet-sump pan with filler neck and calibrated dipstick holds 8.4 L of oil, and a full-flow spin-on canister oil filter is mounted on the offside of the block for quick roadside servicing and extended 500-hour service intervals

Cooling system:
A thermostatically-controlled water-cooling circuit uses a gear-driven circulation pump and a 22-inch belt-driven pusher fan mounted behind a high-capacity radiator that incorporates an air-to-air charge cooler; all plumbing, guards and mounting brackets are factory-attached for immediate drop-in installation

Electrical equipment:
A 12-volt negative-earth electrical system includes a pre-engaged starter motor, a 12-volt 65-amp alternator with DC output, and a 12-volt energise-to-run shutdown solenoid, all wired to a single customer interface plug for rapid connection to generator control panels

Flywheel and housing:
A high-inertia flywheel machined to SAE J620 size 10/11½ is bolted to the crankshaft and enclosed by an SAE 3 flywheel housing, providing compatibility with standard industrial clutches and close-coupled alternator adaptors

Mountings:
