VOLV Truck Connect rod bushing of TD100/101 Camshaft Bimetal Bushing​

1. Material: The material most commonly adopted for the alloy layer for the bi-metal bushings is CuPb10Sn10,CuPb24Sn4, CuPb30, CuSn6Zn6Pb3, AISn20Cu and so on. For sake of the environmental protection which has drawn much attention internatiosally,our company developed another kind of material CuSn6.5P0.1 for the alloy layer and it has been widely used in the market

2. Bimetal bushing adopts copper and excellent mild steel as the backing, and then the bronze sintered or mock silver pressed at the surface.

3.Treatments: Anodizing, Polishing, Powder coating, Passivation, Sandblasting, Nickal plating, Zinc plating, Chrome plating, Heat treatment,Oxidation, Laser engraved logo.

4. Applicable Area: Truck engine, Engineering machine etc.

Bimetal bearings are widely used in oil lubriCaterering situations. Normally under low speed and oil lubriCaterering situations

redirector, connecting rod, slide part of punch. construction and earth-moving equipment, ETC.Under middle speed work

with oil,such as connecting rod, shaft and transportation parts of cut machine.

Under high speed work within oil, such as gear box,fuel pump,engine,clutch,ETC
