Optical diffuser Keyboard Recessed Custom Light Diffuser

This is custom recessed keyboard optical light diffuser, dimension: 39.219.20.2 mm, special curved bean shape die-cut, neatly divided and arranged on yellow release liner. The ultra-thin 0.2mm thickness fits perfectly into keyboard groove without protruding, milk white translucent material delivers soft uniform light output, and black transparent versions are available for different lighting design demands.

Light diffusers are widely used in speaker box, lamp. mostly transparent, semi-transparent milk white and black. Diffuser's main function is to provide an even surface light source. The particles refringence among every resin layers makes the optical diffusion possible.
We can customize diffusers in all sizes, thicknesses and irregular special shapes like this curved bean profile to match keyboard, audio speaker and lamp housing recessed structures. The internal refractive particles inside multi-layer resin evenly scatter light rays, eliminating harsh bright spots and dark shadows, realizing uniform soft surface lighting effect. Different light transmittance grades can be adjusted according to your design requirements, and we support die-cutting, pre-attached adhesive tape and sheet bulk packaging for mass production orders.
