10-Inch Concrete Grooving Saw Blade | Diamond Engraved Cut Disc for Road Pavement
1.Description:
Remove stubborn coatings, epoxies, adhesive residues and old road markings with ease.
Re-profile and level uneven concrete, asphalt or stone substrates in a single pass.
Mill away concrete, asphalt, granite and other mineral surfaces at controlled depths.
Typical applications range from surface stripping, bump cutting and floor flattening to expansion-joint repair, line shaving and livestock-area maintenance.
The laser-engraved blade array is engineered for extreme-duty zones such as airport taxiways, port quaysides and high-volume industrial yards. Standard groove depth is 8–12 mm, blade spacing 12–18 mm, deployed in banks of 50 to 120 pieces. These micro-textured channels boost skid resistance, manage traffic velocity and create clearly defined low-speed corridors.
2.Specification:
OD (mm) | Seg.Thickness (mm) | Seg.Height (mm) | Segment Number (nos) | Hole (mm) |
256 | 2.4 | 10 | 17 | OD42 Hexagon |
266 | 2.6 | 10 | 18 | OD42 Hexagon |
3.Application:
The removal blade cluster is engineered for road-surface renewal, arrayed in sets of several dozen up to one hundred units. Saw-blade spacing is ultra-tight—1.2–2.8 mm—to micro-mill the concrete surface. Typical cut depth is 0.8–1.3 cm.
