Description

1. Machine Overview

The CNC-2000/2500/3000 is a four-axis, CNC-controlled diamond wire saw that sculpts complex 2-D and 3-D shapes from granite, marble and engineered stone.
From 2 m to 3 m blocks, it produces arcs, cylinders, numerals, letters, Chinese characters and free-form art mirror-quality surfaces.

3. Four-Axis CNC Motion

  • X-axis – cutting head longitudinal travel
  • Y-axis – cutting head transverse travel
  • Z-axis – vertical head lift
  • A-axis – wire wheel tilt 360° for under-cuts & bevels

5. Workflow (1 Operator)

  1. Load block onto 15 t trolley (forklift or vacuum lifter)
  2. Import CAD file (.dxf, .stp) or draw on touch screen
  3. Select wire speed & pass number – click START
  4. Machine auto-cuts – operator only monitors wire tension
  5. Unload finished piece – ready for polishing or delivery
