Description

This 14 g/㎡ pure plant fiber Copy Paper is 100% biodegradable and FSC certified, made from sustainably sourced softwood kraft pulp. No optical brighteners, no chlorine bleaching – only hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) bleaching for natural whiteness (88‑92%). It degrades completely in soil within 90 days. Ideal for luxury brands, organic products, and zero‑waste packaging that demands both elegance and environmental responsibility.

Process Introduction

FSC‑certified southern pine chips (2‑5cm, 10‑15% moisture) cooked via kraft process at 170°C with NaOH and Na₂S. Black liquor recycled. Chlorine‑free hydrogen peroxide bleaching to 88‑92% whiteness. High‑freeness beating (650‑750 mL CSF) with double disc refiner, fiber length maintained at 1.8‑2.2 mm. No fillers, no PVA surface sizing, no fluorescent agents. Paper formed, pressed, dried, and softly calendered. Finished rolls slit without chemical additives.
