The Yaskawa CIPR-GA70C4018BBAA-BAAAAA is a 400 V class GA700 AC drive with an integrated industrial EMC filter. It provides a 7.5 kW and 17.5 A Normal Duty rating or a 5.5 kW and 14.8 A Heavy Duty rating. Its advanced control architecture supports precise operation of induction, permanent-magnet and synchronous reluctance motors in both general automation and demanding constant-torque applications.

Suitable applications include process pumps, industrial fans, conveyors, mixers, compressors, packaging machines and material-handling equipment. For applications with frequent starts, rapid deceleration or high low-speed torque, the 14.8 A Heavy Duty rating should be used for drive selection.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes

Confirm the complete CIPR order code, firmware level, EMC configuration, control wiring and option cards. The drive should be mounted inside a suitable enclosure with adequate ventilation. A braking resistor is not included and must be selected separately when regenerative energy cannot be absorbed by the motor and load.
