IAI RCP2-SA6R-I-42P-12-100-P1-S-MR is a motor-reversed slider-type electric actuator from the RCP2 RoboCylinder series. It uses a 42P pulse motor, incremental encoder, 12 mm ball-screw lead and 100 mm stroke.

The motor-reversed structure reduces the actuator length compared with a conventional straight motor arrangement and can simplify installation in machines with limited longitudinal space. The exact P1-S-MR suffix must be retained when selecting a replacement.

SA6R identifies a motor-reversed slider arrangement and must not be confused with an RCP2 rod actuator. Confirm the exact actuator shape, motor position, mounting holes and overall dimensions before replacement.

The complete model includes the incremental encoder, 42P motor, 12 mm lead, 100 mm stroke and P1-S-MR suffix. RCP2-SA6C and RCP2-SA6R products may use related internal components but have different motor layouts and external dimensions.

Before removing the installed actuator, record its mounting orientation, controller parameters, home position, stroke limits and cable routing. Inspect the motor and encoder connectors and confirm that replacement cables are compatible with the existing controller.
