The Schneider TM241CE24R is a Modicon M241 machine logic controller with 24 embedded digital I/O points, including 14 digital inputs and 10 relay outputs. It uses a 100–240 VAC controller power supply and includes embedded Ethernet communication.

The relay-output configuration is suitable for traditional control panels that operate contactors, interposing relays, indicator circuits, solenoid valves and other compatible AC or DC loads.

The TM241CE24R combines local machine control, Ethernet connectivity, serial communication and TM3 expansion capability in a compact controller platform.

The TM241CE24R is suitable for pumps, fans, conveyors, packaging machinery, process panels, HVAC equipment, material-handling systems and general OEM machinery.

Relay contacts provide flexibility for compatible AC and DC control loads. Contact voltage, current, electrical life, switching frequency and suppression requirements must be verified for every connected device.

High-current motors, heaters or solenoid loads should normally be controlled through suitable contactors, interposing relays or external switching devices.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes

Verify the complete TM241CE24R model before replacement. TM241CE24T and TM241CE24U use transistor outputs and require different power and field-wiring arrangements.

TM241C24R is the non-Ethernet version. The Ethernet requirement, controller IP address and original communication topology must be checked before substitution.
