IAI SCON-C-100I-CC-0-2 is a single-axis controller for compatible IAI servo actuators and RoboCylinder positioning systems. The controller combines actuator motion control with a CC-Link industrial network interface, allowing a compatible PLC to issue movement commands and receive position, completion, operating and alarm information through the machine network.

The SCON-C-100I-CC-0-2 is suitable for automated assembly equipment, transfer mechanisms, loading stations, packaging machinery, inspection systems and production fixtures. A CC-Link master can coordinate actuator commands with the wider machine sequence while receiving controller status and diagnostic information.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes

The complete SCON-C-100I-CC-0-2 model must be verified before purchase. Controllers with similar front panels may use different actuator ratings, feedback configurations, networks, firmware or option codes. Record the CC-Link station number, communication speed, PLC data assignment and controller parameters before removing the installed unit.

Confirm the connected actuator model, controller nameplate, power input, motor and encoder configuration, connector arrangement, firmware and stored position data. A controller from another SCON generation must not be treated as a direct replacement solely because the capacity or network code appears similar.
