IAI RCON-GW-CC-FU2 is a CC-Link gateway unit for the modular IAI RCON multi-axis controller platform. It connects the installed RCON driver units to a compatible CC-Link PLC or network master and manages communication for the complete actuator-control assembly.
The gateway exchanges movement commands, position information, controller status and alarm data between the PLC and the RCON system. It must be combined with the correct driver units, power components, fan configuration and matching IAI electric actuators.
| Brand | IAI |
| Model | RCON-GW-CC-FU2 |
| Series | RCON-GW |
| Product Type | Industrial Communication Gateway Unit |

| Application | Multi-Axis PLC Networking, Assembly, Transfer and Factory Automation |
RCON-GW-CC-FU2 can be used in assembly machinery, component-transfer systems, inspection stations, packaging equipment, loading mechanisms and production lines containing multiple IAI actuator axes. A compatible CC-Link master can coordinate the actuator system with remote I/O, sensors and other automation devices.
The actual number of axes and available operating modes depend on the connected driver units, gateway settings and PLC data allocation. The CC-Link station number, communication speed and occupied-station configuration must match the machine-control program.
Before replacing the gateway, record the CC-Link station number, network speed, PLC memory allocation, controller parameters, module sequence and installed fan-unit configuration. Back up the RCON system data whenever the original gateway remains accessible.
Do not substitute this CC-Link model with RCON-GW-EP, RCON-GW-PRT or another communication version solely because the controller housing is similar. Each network version requires its own fieldbus wiring, configuration file and PLC setup.
Confirm the complete FU2 suffix, connected driver modules, power-supply units, firmware and mechanical arrangement. After replacement, test network communication and every actuator axis at reduced speed before restarting normal production.
Please provide photographs of the complete gateway nameplate, CC-Link terminals, fan units and full RCON controller assembly when requesting a quotation. Product condition, included end covers, connectors, firmware, configuration support, warranty and delivery time should be confirmed before ordering.
