Product Description

4-MIN EPOXY ADHESIVE is a high-performance bonding solution for both household and industrial applications, offering superior strength and versatility.

Properties
  • Ideal for repairs and welds with superior bond strength
  • Bonds to metal, plastic, rubber, wood, ceramics, glass, and concrete
  • Resistant to acid, alkali, and oil
  • Non-flammable, non-shrinking, and waterproof
  • Creates metallic grey finish
  • Can be filed, ground, and drilled after curing
Applications

4-MIN EPOXY ADHESIVE is suitable for bonding and repairing:

  • Machinery and industrial equipment
  • Electronics and electrical components
  • Automotive and shipbuilding applications
  • Chemical industry equipment
  • Handicrafts and decorative items

Forms excellent bonds with metals, rubbers, leathers, and various plastics.

Directions
  • Clean substrate surface thoroughly, removing water, dust, and oil
  • Remove cap and puncture both tubes (Part A and Part B)
  • Mix at 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved (use within 20 minutes)
  • Apply thin coat to both surfaces
  • Mixture will warm during setting - no clamping required
  • Apply slight pressure during setting
  • Note: Below 5℃ will extend curing time
Storage & Warnings
Storage:
  • Store in shady, dry, well-ventilated area
  • Maintain at room temperature
  • Keep away from ignition sources
Warnings:
  • May irritate skin and eyes
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • In case of contact, flush with water and seek medical attention if needed
