Applications

Application Method
  1. Thoroughly clean all surfaces of oil and old gasket material
  2. Pierce nozzle cap and apply gel evenly from outer to inner edge (1.6-3.2mm thickness)
  3. Allow 10-20 minutes for surface film formation, then press sealing faces together
  4. Cure at room temperature (25°C) for 10-24 hours before use for optimal sealing
  5. Replace cap after use to prevent remaining product from curing
Safety Precautions
  • Ensure adequate ventilation in work area and keep away from children
  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice
  • Store in dry, cool, well-ventilated area away from high temperatures
  • Conduct preliminary testing before batch use to ensure proper bonding quality
