1. Properties

DY-E710 EPOXY TILE GROUT is a two-component sealant based on epoxy resin. It is resistant of acid, alkali, water, mold, and easy to clean. It cures fast and creates no shrinkage.

2. Applications
DY-E710 EPOXY TILE GROUT is widely used to fill in gaps and edges in bathrooms, kitchens, bathtubs, balconies, floors and wall tile grouts.

3. Directions
  • Clear the tile joints.
  • Use the mask tape along the tile gap.
  • Mix the two components at the ratio of 1:1.
  • Before filling the gap, discard the first 30cm of extruded adhesive to prevent uneven mixing and incomplete curing.
  • Use the professional caulking gun and mix nozzle.
  • Squeeze the grout into the tile gap.
  • Use a steel ball or scraper to smoothen the surface.
  • Finally peel the tape off carefully.

4. Storage & Warnings
Storage:
  • Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places.
  • Store the adhesive at room temperature.
  • Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
  • The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
