1. Properties
DY-J8840 TRANSPARENT STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE is a modified acrylic adhesive, a transparent structural adhesive. It has the following advantages: Fast curing at room temperature; Easy to use; High hardness; Excellent scratch resistance, Good adhesion to almost all substrates.

2. Applications
It can be applied to bond crystal jade, crafts, electronic appliances, lightenings, sports equipments, transparent plastics, metals (except copper), plastics, ceramics, glass and wood. 3. Directions
  • Clean the contaminants like water, dusts, oil etc. on the surface of the substrate and keep it clean, dry and smooth.
  • Mix the A and B components at the ratio of 1:1 in weight and apply the mixture on the substrate to be bonded.
  • Press and rotate the substrates while bonding. The initial cure will be reached in 5-10 minutes. It'll take 1 hour and 24 hours to reach its use strength and maximum strength respectively. It can be applied at the temperature of -30°C ~120°C.

4. Storage & Warnings
Storage:
  • Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
  • Store the adhesive at room temperature.
  • Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
  • The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
