System Overview & Working Principle
This advanced reverse osmosis wastewater reuse system efficiently converts wastewater into reusable water resources through a comprehensive multi-stage treatment process.
1. Pretreatment Phase
Wastewater undergoes initial pretreatment to remove large particles, suspended matter, and certain chemicals. Pretreatment depth is determined by membrane material, module structure, raw water quality, production water requirements, and recovery rate. Operating parameters: inlet water temperature 5-45°C at pH 2-10, with operating temperature below 35°C when pH exceeds 10.
2. Microfiltration & Ultrafiltration
These systems remove smaller particles and microorganisms. Microfiltration eliminates suspended particles, bacteria, viruses, and large colloids, while ultrafiltration removes colloids, proteins, microorganisms, and large molecular organic compounds.
3. Nanofiltration Process
Optional nanofiltration (NF) step removes multivalent ions, some monovalent ions, and organic matter (200-1000 Daltons). Effectively reduces hardness, color, radioactive radium from well water, and partially removes soluble salts.
4. Reverse Osmosis Core Treatment
The central treatment stage utilizes semipermeable membranes (cellulose acetate, polysulfonates, polyamides) to remove soluble salts and organic matter above 100 Daltons. Achieves up to 98% removal of total dissolved solids (TDS).
5. Post-Treatment & Quality Assurance
RO-treated water receives additional chemical treatment or physical filtration to meet specific water quality standards for reuse applications.
6. Advanced Control Systems
Features an intuitive electrical control system with sensitive, reliable operation. Includes automatic protection functions and immediate shutdown capabilities during fault conditions.
7. Chemical Cleaning System
Integrated chemical cleaning system with segmented cleaning functionality ensures long-term membrane performance and system reliability.
8. Efficient Water Supply System
Treated water flows to reuse water pools, with constant pressure variable frequency pumps ensuring stable, consistent water supply.
