Razor Barbed Wire Galvanized BTO-22 Razor 450mm Wire Fence Stretched Barbed

Razor Barbed Wire is also named concertina razor wire, razor fencing wire, razor blade wire or dannert wire. It is a kind of modern security fencing materials with better protection and fencing strength made of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets. With sharp blades and strong core wire, razor wire has the features of secure fencing, easy installation, age resistance and other properties.

  • Blades: Made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (complying with ASTM A641 standards) or stainless steel sheets (304/316 grade) with a thickness of 0.5mm ± 0.05mm. They are precision-stamped into shape, featuring edge sharpness like a blade.
  • Core Wire: High-strength galvanized steel wire with a diameter of 2.5mm ± 0.1mm (tensile strength: 450-500MPa), providing overall support and anti-stretching performance.
  • Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized layer with a thickness of 90-275gsm, passing a 1000+ hour salt spray test to ensure no rusting for over 10 years in harsh environments (e.g., humidity, high salt). Some models offer PVC coating (thickness: 0.8-1.2mm) to further enhance UV resistance and anti-aging performance.
