Product Description
DTZ-400BG Surface Temperature Calibration System is primarily used to calibrate surface sensors of various sizes and types, such as thermistors, film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, ribbon sensors, surface thermocouples, and more. The product consists of a controller and a heater. It is easy to operate, intuitive to display, and can be heated simply by setting the temperature.The temperature rises rapidly and the multi-stage PID temperature control is accurate. The effective use range is up to 130mm in diameter and has a communication interface to communicate with the computer. This product can be used as an infrared camera calibration source if it is slightly changed.
Product Features
1.The calibration temperature can reach 600℃. The temperature rises and the temperature drops quickly.
DTZ-400BG surface temperature calibration system has a good temperature rise and fall, from room temperature to 400℃, only 30 minutes, from 400℃ to room temperature, with a rapid cooling device only 50 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency .
2.Calibration plate diameter up to 130 mm, meeting most surface temperature sensor calibration needs
130mm and is sufficient for calibrating surface sensors of various sizes and types, such as thermistors, film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, ribbon sensors, surface mount thermocouples, etc.
3.External reference platinum resistance thermometer to reduce calibration uncertainty
In order to achieve the ultimate in calibration accuracy, the design engineer deliberately reserved a thermometer socket at the bottom of the aluminum surface. A platinum resistance thermometer with a diameter of 5 mm can be inserted as a standard for comparison and calibration, which greatly improves the calibration accuracy.
4.Excellent uniformity of temperature and surface finish on the calibration plane
Surface sensors are often difficult to calibrate because it is difficult to find a flat, uniform source of surface temperature.The DTZ-400BG Surface Temperature Calibration System utilizes aluminum as the surface and has a high finish that ensures that the calibrated sensor is in good contact with the surface temperature calibrator, reducing calibration uncertainty. The DTZ-400BG uses a special heating material and a constant temperature structure to make the surface temperature more uniform.
5.Temperature control is accurate, stable, and overshoot temperature is small
The device provides a variety of parameter options for the user to choose, including setting the PID parameters of the high,medium and low temperature segments, the inflection point between different temperatures, and the alarm temperature.
6.Portable and easy to use
The weight of the whole machine is only 12kg, which is small and portable.
