The NTHS03 Hydraulic Servo Termination Unit is a Harmony rack I/O device used in the Symphony Enterprise Management and Control System. It provides the signal connection between an IMHSS03 Hydraulic Servo Module and a hydraulic servo valve, I/H converter, or linear variable differential transformer.
The IMHSS03 module is a position control module. Through this module, a rack controller controls a hydraulic actuator by regulating the current to the servo valve, which causes a change in actuator position. Actuator feedback is provided by a linear variable differential transformer and returned to the IMHSS03 module through the NTHS03 termination unit.
Below shows the Harmony rack I/O architecture. A Harmony area controller and the Harmony rack controllers can use the rack I/O module and termination units for I/O interface.

Designed for applications where precise actuator movement and reliable position feedback are required. Suitable for continuous operation in industrial turbine control environments.
- Remove the safety shield from the field termination panel.
- Insert the circuit board tabs into the correct slots in the termination panel standoffs. Slide the circuit board straight into position as shown.
- Fasten the termination unit circuit board to the field termination panel using two No. 10 thread-forming screws.
