Our custom stainless steel liquid cooling connector housing is core fluid‑connect component for liquid cooling loops, manufactured in‑house in our CNC factory from 304 stainless steel, processed by high‑precision CNC turning combined with turn‑milling composite machining.
Starting from solid stainless steel bar stock, inner and outer contours are completed in one single clamping setup. Lower external thread, middle locating sealing shoulder, upper hex flat for wrench operation and inner through‑hole are integrally formed in one process. Strict control is implemented on thread accuracy, flatness of sealing shoulder and coaxiality of inner bore, which guarantees high‑pressure sealing performance and effectively prevents fluid leakage. All workpieces receive high‑gloss turning to achieve low‑roughness surface. Passivation treatment is available to further boost corrosion resistance for long‑term service in cooling circuits.
Stainless steel brings notable manufacturing difficulties: high material ductility easily causes built‑up edges during cutting. Sealing faces and threads require tight tolerance control. For high‑pressure liquid cooling operating conditions, dimensional consistency across the whole batch is critical, so programming, cutting parameters and full‑item inspection are strictly enforced for every production lot.
As a trusted CNC supplier, we deliver full‑chain services: 3‑D drawing review, process planning, prototype trial‑run and mass finished‑parts delivery. Every tool‑path reflects our pursuit of precision manufacturing. Our machining accuracy reaches ±0.01 mm. We accept custom non‑standard aluminum & stainless‑steel components, complex‑cavity parts for both 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC machining. Prototyping, small‑batch and large‑volume orders are all welcomed for your custom quote.
Our manufacturing portfolio covers diverse industries: consumer electronics, industrial automation, semiconductor & vacuum equipment, medical devices, automotive, aerospace & UAV, optoelectronics, telecommunication hardware, robotic equipment and precision instrumentation. We can produce various precision mechanical components strictly according to customer drawings or samples.
Q1: Can you customize liquid cooling connector housing according to my drawings? A: Yes, we are custom CNC supplier. Please send your 2D / 3D drawings, we will evaluate manufacturability and offer your quote.
Q2: Can you use other stainless‑steel grades instead of 304? A: 316L and other stainless grades are available according to your cooling‑medium requirements.
Q3: What surface finishes can you provide? A: High‑gloss turning is standard; passivation treatment is widely used for anti‑corrosion. Other finishes can be customized.
Q4: Do you accept small‑batch prototype orders? A: Yes. We support prototype, small‑batch and mass‑volume orders with flexible MOQ.
Q5: Which drawing formats are accepted for quotation? A: STEP, IGES, Solidworks and PDF drawing files are acceptable for your quote request.
