Product Overview
Gezhi's Optical Line Protection (OLP) system is an advanced optical line protection subsystem developed with dynamic and synchronous optical switch technology. When communication quality degrades or equipment fails due to accidental fiber fracture or excessive loss in optical transmission lines, the OLP system can switch from the primary line to the secondary line within milliseconds, ensuring continuous communication operation and effectively preventing fiber or equipment faults.
The Optical Line Protection switch provides both Manual and Automatic switching modes. In Manual mode, the system switches optical paths based on user commands. In Automatic mode, the system switches based on detected power levels and preset thresholds, with options for revertive or non-revertive operation modes.
