Description
This equipment is applicable to the circular seam welding of pipes with a workpiece diameter and length of ≤800mm. It can be used for the butt-joint or fillet-joint of various pipe fittings such as pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, and pipe-to-elbow connections, and TIG welding is adopted.

  1. Workpiece diameter range: Φ20-Φ400mm;
  2. Workpiece wall thickness range: 1-12mm;
  3. Workpiece length range: ≤800mm;
  4. Maximum workpiece weight: 100 kg;
  5. Workpiece condition before welding: The surface should be free of oil stains, rust layers, and coatings.
  6. Working environment temperature/relative humidity: -10°C to 50°C / 90% non-condensing
