Automatic Hot Wire TIG Vertical Cladding Welding Machine

Application: The HZV-300 vertical cladding welding machine is developed for automatic hot wire TIG cladding of valve bores, sealing surfaces and ring grooves. It is widely used to overlay carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy base materials with corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant weld metal in valve, pipe and pressure vessel manufacturing.
