PB-60 High Efficient Automatic Edge Milling Machine

Features:

PB-60 edge milling machine convenient movement and simple operation.The finish of the groove is as high as Ra3.2-6.3.It is suitable for smaal factories.The milling machine is equipped with commonly used CNC blades to make the customers use the cost more cheaply.

The Addvantage:

1. The beveling angle of machine can adjust from 10° to 60°.
2. Rear-mounted speed reducer is good for processing narrow plate, and it is safer.
3. Special seperate design of Control Box and electrical carbinet make the operation safer.
4. Adopt multiply-cutting blades head to process plate beveled edge, therefore the milling speed of each blade is faster and esiser.
5. The surface roughness of plate beveling face can reach to Ra3.2~6.3, it can complete meet the welding demand of pressure vessel.
6. Small in Size, light in weight.
7. Cold milling method does not affect the material property, no oxidation in beveled surface.
