1.Product Description

Copper Nickel Flanges are pipe-connecting components made from Cu-Ni alloys, available in 90/10 (C70600) and 70/30 (C71500) grades. They are produced via forging, solution annealing, precision machining, and surface passivation. The flanges feature bolt holes and sealing faces (RF, FF, RTJ, etc.) to ensure leak-proof joints when assembled with gaskets and fasteners.

• Marine: Seawater cooling, ballast, fire-fighting, and auxiliary systems on ships and offshore platforms.

• Power & Desalination: Cooling water intakes/discharges in coastal power plants, and brine pipelines in desalination facilities.

• Industrial: Heat exchangers, condensers, and chemical pipelines handling corrosive fluids.
